    Good afternoon

    The images in my Post Slider and Post Grid are not appearing Full. They're zoomed in far too much.  I have tried to alter the image size but that doesn't change the visibility of entire image. I have attached two screenshots displaying the Post Slider and Post Grid images I'm referring to, as you can see the Models in the photographs have their heads cut off.

    Please advise as to what I need to do in order adjust the images so that they are suitable for the Post Slider/Post Grid.

    Hi Dominic,

    I apologize for the delay on your response.

    1/ For the post slider: The slider is wide and designed for landscape photos so if you wanna make the slider looks well, there're 2 ways:

    Method 1: Design the photo to fit default ratio 2:1

    Method 2: Change the default photo ratio by adding this custom code to Customize > Additional CSS:

    .post-slider, .post-slide .height-element { padding-bottom: 120%; }

    120% means height : width = 12: 10

    150% means height : width = 15: 10

    You can enter your number you want.

    2/ Please edit your page and select "No Crop" for thumbnails. See the attachment below.

    Hope this helps,

    Cuong Tran
