I can't get any of my posts to display when publishing to Facebook. The debugger tells me that I am having Open Graph issues, but I have OG enabled.

    Hi rwooden2,

    Apologies for the late reply.

Could you use a SEO plugin to control the meta data that is added to the post pages that is then used by Facebook when scrapping the page.

You can try Yoast SEO plugin.
    Cheers.

    John,

I ran an open graph check at http://opengraphcheck.com and it says I don't have any open graph meta data. I then used the google developer console and it shows that I do have open graph meta data, in fact I have all the data required. I also have a <div> container with a class of "fit-vids-style" in the head section possibly causing these open graph issues. I Googled around and found this Fit Vids is an old javascript for making embedded videos resize on the fly. My understanding is <div> containers are not allowed in the <head> section. I'm attaching a screen print of what google shows for my head section. Is it possible I have a corrupted download or corruption in the files? I ran open graph tests and checked html source on some of the customer sites in the theme description and none of them are having this fit-vids-style issue or open graph issues. I also disabled another plugin I used for this and I've turned off all caching and minification as well.

    Thanks,

    Ryan

    Hi Ryan,

The fit vids is added by some javascript in the theme i.e.

    fox \ js \ theme.min.js

In that fox \ js folder you can find the minified version of the same theme.js file.

    You can edit it.
To remove that div you will need to remove line 599 - 605

Then minify the file and replace that minified version with the one the theme actually uses i.e.

    fox \ js \ theme.min.js

    Hope you can implement that.

    John,

Quick question. Does this happen with other users as well? Reason I ask is I find it weird that only I am having this issue. I googled around for this and searched your support area. This is why I thought possibly my upload or download of the theme may have been corrupted. Seen that happen before which is why I am bringing this up. I am just worried that something else might become an issue later on.

    Thanks,
    Ryan

    Hi Ryan,

    Your installation is not corrupted.

There was another user with a similar issue but not relating to SEO.
The thread is here - https://withemes.ticksy.com//ticket/1281964/

If you installation was corrupted you should have noticed it before with a lot of issues after switching to the theme.

    Cheers.
